I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means that I look at how all areas of your life are connected. Living a healthy life is not just about the food you put into your mouth; it is about how you feed your body and mind on a daily basis. As we work together, we will look at how all parts of your life affect your health as a whole.
Because of my own experience with digestive issues, I have experienced first hand how poor digestion can hold you back from experiencing a full life. Without the ability to absorb nutrients efficiently and eliminate waste and toxins, we function at a diminished capacity reducing our potential to achieve our life passions and goals. I believe a healthy digestion is the foundation for a healthy body. When you begin nourish your body with whole foods, your body changes, you have more energy and your happiness improves. The body is an incredible vehicle and will begin to heal itself if given the right conditions. I am here to support my clients to create those conditions.
My approach is not to dwell on calories, carbs, fats, and proteins. It is not to create lists of restrictions or good and bad foods. Everyone has their own personal dietary needs, preferences and palates. I work with my clients to discover food and lifestyle choices that work best for them and implement lasting changes that will improve their energy, balance and health.
To me, there is nothing better than nurturing the body you’re in, and being able to live each day at your highest capacity with the greatest sense of joy and freedom possible.
