A Fall Equinox Day Retreat

Sunday, September 25th | 9AM- 5PM

Windhover, Rockport MA

Join Joanna and Rachael for a special Fall Equinox Women’s Retreat at the historic Windhover, tucked away in charming Pigeon Cove, in Rockport, Ma. A heartful immersion of yoga, somatic movement, meditation, breathwork, sound experience, art, and nourishing food to inspire and restore our connection to our bodies, creativity, nature, and all that is sacred.

We’ll gather on Sunday, September 25th, a potent time for rewilding body, mind and spirit, just a few days after the Fall Equinox, and as we greet the September New Moon in Libra. A powerful time to join together for these sacred practices and rituals, drawing on ancient wisdom, the energy of the season, and honoring the deep connection we have with the land and sky energies, the tides, the cosmic, and earth cycles. Practices to restore, rebalance & awaken, and a (re)remembrance of our sacred connection to all that is.

We will gather around the table in the afternoon to enjoy a beautiful seasonal lunch prepared by our dear sister and gifted chef, Shannon McNally. Fresh, organic & local ingredients to nourish our bodies and minds, and conversation & laughter to nourish our hearts. The day will close with a meditation by the water at the exquisite Halibut Point.

These gatherings are centered around fostering connection and community, and are an open and loving space for all who identify as a woman, and non-binary and gender non-conforming individuals who are comfortable in a space that focuses around the experiences of women. They are a coming together of all ages and backgrounds, and spaces to learn and grow together.
