The Invitation:

We invite you to a magical island in the Mediterranean to explore the sacred world of amrita अमृत—the nectar and sweet elixir that revives the soul. Amrita calls you to immerse yourself in the places, practices, people + moments that reconnect you to the radiant spark that is your true essence.

It’s the dance between your humaneness + divinity, between mystic + mythos — one that weaves the land, sea, + sky with the rhythms of body, psyche + soul.

This embodied immersion invites an exploration into your inner + outer worlds. Each day offers intentional practices for awakening inhales, and spacious exhales — yoga + movement, meditation + breathwork, voice activation + song, dance + creative arts. Earth + sky and yin + yang-based modalities to harmonize the physical, emotional, and energetic bodies.

Communal rituals, ceremonies + celebrations will anchor us in a shared purpose and remind us of who we are. A remembering of our inherent belonging, and deep wisdom we carry in our bodies + souls — quietly guiding our path toward a richer, more holy sense of being.

This is an invitation for anyone longing to reconnect with the sweet sacredness of life.

Antiparos

Our sanctuary for connection, renewal, and transformation.

Antiparos, a small Cycladic island in Greece, is a calm, hidden gem known for its sparkling turquoise waters, pristine beaches, dramatic sea caves, and endless shades of blue. With narrow cobblestone streets and charming seaside tavernas, the island blends authentic Greek village character with slow living. Simple days are the fullest. Time slows here, savoring the unhurried Mediterranean lifestyle that calms the senses and invites embodied presence.

Another Island | our Antiparos home

Another Island is perched on one of the island’s most beautiful hills, with sweeping views over the Despotiko island, the Ancient Sanctuary of Apollo and the entire Southern Aegean archipelago. These houses offer the best of both worlds: private, peaceful living with no other neighbours nearby, and effortless access to the beaches of Antiparos with only a 15‑minute walk from the sea.

And while daytime views are breathtaking, it is the vast, luminous night sky, and the profound evening silence that most amazes every visitor. Sacred and intimate moments that linger long after departure, returning like a calm refrain whenever life grows too loud.

Each of the five separate houses provides uninterrupted views of land, sea, + sky, offering a timeless, serene atmosphere that soothes and restores. Embrace the opportunity to hike winding trails, swim in clear waters, and fully immerse yourself in the medicine of the natural world.

The Windmill House (3 Guests)

Windmill blends classic charm with modern comfort. The top floor holds the master suite with a private bathroom and elevated views. A second double bedroom with its own bathroom is in the annex, offering a separate but connected space. Both rooms open onto a lovely outdoor kitchen that is the home’s centerpiece and leads directly to an infinity pool overlooking Agios Georgios beach. Windmill is built for full surrender, with peaceful coastal living and great sea views.

Hestia house (4 Guests)

Hestia is built among the dramatic rocks with a private lookout from which to enjoy the morning breeze even on the hottest of days. It consisted of two double rooms with a shared bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable living room for those afternoon siestas. Both rooms have uninterrupted sea views and access to the pool.

Gerani House - ( 1 Guest)

Gerani is a private island home named for a long-lost geranium plant, this traditional Greek island house blends timeless charm with simple comfort. The layout includes a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a cozy living area, opening onto a huge veranda that frames sweeping views of Despotiko and the Southern Aegean.

Farangi the largest house on the property, means canyon - or ravine - in Greek. Farangi House is made from two fully restored 19th century buildings that were used for house miners working at local ferrous metal mines. Built on the eastern edge of the estate, Farangi is right on the edge of a canyon that guests can walk right into through a built path.

One of the newest homes, Horizon features huge outdoor and indoor spaces with breathtaking views! It has two bedrooms, one on the top floor with windows on both sides, and a lower-floor bedroom with its own private patio, complete with a hammock for extra comfort!

— 6 days, 5 nights' Accommodations at Another Island

—Daily brunch and dinner crafted with fresh, local ingredients by a personal chef who lives and breathes Greek culture. Rooted in respect for nature and guided by healthy-eating principles, each dish nourishes the body and uplifts the soul. Simple, seasonal, and deeply satisfying.

— Vegetarian/Vegan options are available.

— 2 Yoga/Movement Practices per day  | A Morning Sol Practice and an early Evening Luna Practice 

Practices are deeply inspired by Nature + the 5 Elements. We’ll draw upon the cycles + rhythms of the natural world, exploring the theme of amrita through soma, psyche + soul.

Getting To Antiparos:

By Air: We recommend booking a flight into Athens, followed by an onward flight into Paros. Flights from Athens to Paros under 30 minutes, and are currently operated by Aegean Airlines and SkyExpress. *Please note you will need to clear customs and collect your luggage before proceeding.

By Ferry: Fast, year-round ferry service connects Paros’s main port (Paroikia) with Athens, offering jounreys of approximately 4 hours. Schedules vary by carrier and season.

Crossing from Paros to Antiparos: Ferries depart from the port, Pounta and generally run every 45 minutes to 1 hour. The actual crossing takes 5 min and tickets can be bought on the ferry - no need to book in advance.

*Transfers from Antiparos port to Another Island are included in the retreat cost.

We recommend arriving in Greece a day or two earlier to recover from jet lag and settle in comfortably before the retreat begins on Sunday. Consider staying in Athens, Paros, or Antiparos depending on the experience you prefer. We’re happy to share suggestions for accommodations.

We also recommend booking flexible or refundable tickets. Ferry and flight costs are not included in the retreat price.
