Mother Earth is constantly in communication with us. Speaking to us all the time, in all of her languages, sharing her wisdom, offering us her medicine, and inviting us to slow down, to listen, and to remember that we are not separate from her.

We remember that we are a living, breathing manifestation of this brilliant, gorgeous and generous planet, and our bodies, hearts and souls are in constant communication with her. Once we understand our interconnectedness, we do all we can to express our respect and reverence by nourishing her, cherishing her, and taking care of her, the way she does us.
